Exalt Christ in the Workplace

Ephesians 6:5-9

Matthew 5:13-16

13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men.14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; 15 nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Exalt Christ in the Workplace through Respect.

Respect Others with Attitude.

I Peter 2:17

Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king.

Respect Others with Speech.

                        Ephesians 4:29

Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear.

Respect Others with Spirit.

I Peter 2:18

Servants, be submissive to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and gentle, but also to those who are unreasonable.

Exalt Christ in the Workplace through Excellence.

Excellence gives attention to the Details.

Colossians 3:17; Colossians 3:23

Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men,

Excellence remembers for Whom we work.

Be Honest.

Titus 2:10

not pilfering, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in every respect.

Be Dependable.

Proverbs 20:6

Many a man proclaims his own loyalty, But who can find a trustworthy man?
